H60 Class HK-MG Type Metallic Pipe Penetration

The definition of "H" class division is similar to "A" class, but with a higher furnace temperature. The hydrocarbon flame brings the furnace temperature to 1100°C in a few minutes. Structural integrity and the temperature rise shall be maintained during 2 hours burning, and is mostly applied to oil and gas platforms, such as FPSO.


Composition

  • HK-M Type Intumescent Firestop Sealant: Seal the two ends of steel sleeve, with a minimum thickness of 20mm.

  • HK-G Type Intumescent Firestop Sleeve: Fill the gap between pipe and steel sleeve, with a minimum length of 210mm.

  • Water Tightness: 0.25Mpa

  • Air Tightness: 0.10Mpa

  • Maximum Dimension of Steel Sleeve: Φ219.1x250mm

  • Maximum OD of Steel/SS/CuNi Pipe: Φ114.3mm
