Intumescent flame-retardant technology is a widely used fire protection technology during the past 30 years in the world.


Its application principle is that the volume of thermal expansion flame retardant will rapidly expand when the temperature reaches above 180°C, and the expansion body will eventually form a porous and hard insulation layer to prevent further heat diffusion to the base material.


Based on the intumescent flame-retardant technology, we have developed a series of lighter, faster and easy installation "HK" series cable and pipe penetrations. And we provide complete fire protection solutions for marine and offshore engineering when the cables, plastic pipes, metal pipes, and multi-core pipes passing through the "B" class, "A" class or "H" class decks and bulkheads.

Research & Development

The company serves global shipbuilding and marine engineering enterprises. After years of development, it has successively developed HK-MG type cable/pipe penetration, HK-16/20 ultralight fireproof putty, HK-3000 marine fireproof sealing adhesive, HK-Antifire cable/pipe penetration, and HK-100/200/300/400/500 type B15 class fire protection sealing devices.


Among them, the H60 class HK-MG spigot type cable/pipe penetration, A60 class HK-Antifire-T type cable/pipe penetration for Aluminum Bulkhead and Deck, HK-100/200/300/400/500 type B15 class fire protection device could provide professional fire protection solutions for offshore equipment, official ships, and Ro-Ro/Luxury cruise ships.

Own Production

The factory is located at No. 1288 Lane Luoning Road, Baoshan District, Shanghai.


The company strictly complies with the production standards established by ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system, thereby providing strong software and hardware guarantee for company's development.

Fire Tests

In order to continuously implement product development and performance tests, company has completed fire tests for Class B, Class A, and Class H cable and pipe penetrations in fire testing laboratories such as Far East Fire Testing Center (FEFTC), Sichuan Fire Research Institute of MEM (SCFRI), Shanghai Fire Research Institute of MEM (SHFRI), and Korea Marine Equipment Research Institute (KOMERI).


Meanwhile, company has completed fire resistance rating tests for fireproof sealing products that meet the fire safety regulations of China and the Russian Federation at SGS Standard Technical Service Co., Ltd. and the Russian Federation, and has obtained corresponding product application approval reports and certificates.

Innovation

In 2019, company was recognized as high-tech enterprise in Shanghai.


The company has obtained three-system certificates recognized by China Classification Society: ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.


The "HK" series marine cable and pipe penetration products have been approved by CCS, ABS, DNV, BV, LR, RINA, NK, RS, MED (B+D), and the Russian Federation CUTR043 fire protection product certificate.
